RN-Labor and Deliver

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team.

• Title:- Emergency Room Nurse
• Location:- Metropolis, IL 62960
• Number of weeks:- 13
• Shift:- 7p-7a 2 nights through the week and every other weekend
• Pay range:- $65 to $71.45/hr.
• Experience:-  with Emergency room nurse can apply to this role
• Required:- Must have IL state license and BLS, DL

Duties

• Provide direct patient care in emergency situations
• Assess patients' conditions and implement treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met promptly
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Assist in emergency procedures and resuscitation efforts

Skills

• Proficient in medical terminology
• Knowledge of urgent care practices
• Ability to work effectively in a hospital setting
• Experience with infant care is a plus
• Familiarity with dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatment
• Competency in phlebotomy techniques
• Understanding of workers' compensation law and working with people with disabilities
